Hi I haven't received my annual award letter Is this anything to worry about should I ring the pip Customer service

I'd give it another couple of weeks personally. I did receive mine this week. Don't forget we won't see the increase until the May payment. And it is only a couple of a quid a week anyway.

What is the new amount as any way I get 436 in April

That sounds like you get Enhanced Daily Living currently (£434.20).
Your new rate from April will be £441.60.

Yes, sorry that was a typo. The numbers were correct, your new PIP total will be £441.60.

Just wondering why the lady lys I'm getting 434 this month then 436 in April

Because the April payment is made up of both old and new rates. We have to wait for the May payment to see the full 4 weeks at the new rates.
