It's the backpay that you are owed through being awarded LCWRA element.

LCWRA has a waiting period of three full assessment periods before any money is paid.

Having looked at your other threads, as you've been waiting longer than that for a decision they owe you money.

£590 is the money you have already received for those two Assessment Periods (February/March and March /April) in Universal Credit payments.

Universal Credit is a benefit made up of many different elements. LCWRA is one of those elements.

You have received £590 in Universal Credit for January/February and February/March.

Following the LCWRA award you should have been paid £1400 odd UC. So they owe you £830 odd. Health Element is an alternative name for LCWRA.

As I advised you on April 2nd:

No money is paid for the first full three assessment periods for LCWRA.

Assuming there are no gaps in your Fit Notes (it is the date they are given to UC that counts).

My estimate of your waiting period:

September/October: Partial Assessment Period, not included for waiting period

    October/November: AP 1

    November/December: AP 2

    December/January: AP 3

    January/February: Eligible for LCWRA payment

    March 3rd: First LCWRA paid.

So up until today you would be owed 2 months LCWRA element if that is the result of your assessment.

My advice matches with what UC have told you about when you are eligible for LCWRA payment following the waiting period.

Your letter mentions you owe DWP money yourself and that the backpay might be used to pay that debt.
