Pip review form

is there a question that asks if you’ve have been in education and one stating have you been in work, within the last 3 years or is it just if you have any admissions in hospital for 3 years?

I looked on the sample review form of pip on gov website and it didn’t have those questions in.

Just curious any help would be appreciated

Hi

It doesn't ask anything about being in education but it does ask about hospital admissions.
