Hi, my name is danielle82! DLA tribunal. What can I do?

Good morning am looking for advice I applied for dla for my little girl 14/02/2024 to be told they didn’t make a decision on my everdance they went by the booklet to go to mr told no again now I have a tribunal the 8/09/2025 am really scared my 11 year old daughter as undergone 7 major operations in 4 years on perthes an scollious can’t walk far can’t get in an out the bath can’t dress herself or do her shoes can brush her own hair wets the bed every night due to not been able to get up fast enough wot can I do am so tired

That sounds like a very stressful time for you, I'm sorry to hear that.
The best thing you can do with regard to the tribunal is just to try not to worry. Tribunals are a world away from DWP assessments, so try not to panic. Are you receiving any outside support for caring your your daughter?0
