Hi my name is mark , just like to say hello , my question is ,,is it true that if you fill a pip claim form in different before you're assessment , will you lose the right to claim the pip

Hello @plantpot100. I want to make sure I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean that you filled in a PIP claim form, and are waiting for assessment, but have now filled in a different form for PIP?

Do you mean "If you fill in a PIP form incorrectly" ?

If so - no, you won't lose any right to claim - just do it again !!
