I'm due to move to UC by November, my daughter who has pip and is starting uni full time and will be getting a loan ,she lives with me. Do I let esa know like it said for changes or when I migrate. She hasn't started yet, think it's end of Sept or October. Will it effect my UC

Your daughters income doesn't impact your personal ESA claim. You don't need to inform ESA.
Based on the information given on your other threads, it won't impact any element of your UC claim either.
You don't need to inform UC beyond putting her down as living with you on the application.
