Appointee going abroad

I am an appointee to our daughter who has just moved over to UC. My husband and myself are going on holiday but our daughter is staying at home with family. Do I need to add in the journal that I am going away. She has migrated over into the LCWRA group ( without a hitch may I add, but that’s another post). I know I would have to let them know if she was going away but not sure when it’s just me. I have checked her work commitments etc but it says she doesn’t have any with being in LWCRA.
