It takes the DWP up to 8 weeks following a Tribunal win to sort everything out.

This can happen, there are tribunals all the time for PIP claimants trying to get their deserved awards. It is a colossal number of cases and sometimes backlogs develop with sending out letters etc.

If you were awarded on November 11th (your other post). It's now a couple of days over 8 weeks.
However I would say with reduced staff over Christmas/NYE & three bank holidays to allow another week.
You can always contact PIP for an update on 0800 121 4433.
