The Budget on pip

Hi, my name is Michele. In 2007 I had a 7 1/2 back operation. Yes it has enabled me to walk, but if I drop something I can't pick it up, as it doesn't allow me yo bend. I have Fibromyalgia, and COPD. I get full living part of PIP and full Mobility part. With the budget she said that she wants to remove the VAT so we have to do that when we look for a car…have I got this right??...without a vehicle I would struggle to go out to shop, visit family, Dr and hospital appointments. My husband is Retired, and has to be with me everywhere we go. In the past I started having the odd fall, they are getting more regular now. I struggle with everyday things like, house hold things, showering, dressing. Why do the goverment always seem to make pensioners and the disabled suffer more than the people that do not want to work

They have put VAT on the advanced payment and added Insurance tax. The Motability Scheme is going to try to reduce any extra costs on disabled people. I don't have a Motability car, but that is what I have read. Sure someone with a car will reply. Hope this helps.
