My daughter has an ehcp for semh and is basically agoraphobic and does not leave the house. She wants to do an online college course for a Level 2 and 3 qualification. The duration of the course is upto 2 years and around 160 hours. She cannot cope with 12 hours per week. Can I still claim for her as she has the ehcp. It is a course I would pay for myself for her.
