Pip assessment
I had my pip assessment on December 19th and I know it can take weeks to get a decision but I’m wandering if I should ask for a report of the assessment so if I’m unsuccessful I can appeal and know what was said in the assessment as I’m pretty confident I’ll be getting enhanced rate in both things but i was asked at least one trick question that I’ve got a feeling could be an issue

Hi
I always ask for a copy of the report and keep all documents for my personal records and future reference if needed.

Hi @whufcjay. Yes you can ask for your report by calling the PIP Helpline on 0800 121 4433. Just be aware that seeing the report may be quite stressful and it's easy to overthink everything that's in it. The decision is of course yours I just don't want you to go through any unnecessary stress.

I would ask or a copy of the report in case you need to challenge the outcome.

Sorry to hear that @whufcjay, the lines can be really busy sometimes. Hope you can get through at another time and get what you need.
