Hello @Surie and welcome to the community.
Have you had experience using Mind to get help for mental health issues?

Hi Adrain and Surie
I have been attending our local Mind weekly support group for over 2 years now.
It helps me feel that I am not alone with disability problems, some like mine are lifelong.
I was the first adult in the UK to be clinically diagnosed as having Auditory Processing Disorder (the listening disability) in 2003; to help the UK Medical Research Council get government funding for a 5 year research program 2004-2009 run at Nottingham University by Prof David Moore.
The local group manager asked me to provide a presentation that explains my Auditory Processing Disorder, this time last year. I made my presentation in September last year.
This has helped me feel that others now have some understanding of my families (our three now adult sons, my wife and me) lifelong communication disability

I used to work in one of their Charity shops.
Managed to get a level 3 NVQ in customer service through it.
