Just joined this group I am looking for ways to support my stepdaughter who is 35 and has mild cerebral palsy, so I have a better understanding of how to assist her

Hi,
My name is Lucy, and I am a Cerebral Palsy Specialist
It is lovely to hear that you want to understand your daughter's cerebral palsy (CP).
As Holly mentioned, you can join our CP Network. We host monthly Zoom meetings for adults with CP and their families and carers.
Here is a good overview of what CP is.
UP has a great resource for family members, too.
Feel free to ask any questions, and someone from our team will be in touch.
Best wishes,
Lucy
