I failed my esa assesment which was full of lies .i have sent in a letter for mandatory reconsideration. Now i get an award letter stating my pip is totally cut .im left with nothing and i called pip because they basing on my esa assesors claims. I got mandatory back and no change, so need to go to tribunal next. I was in the job centre 3 times cause was told to claim j.s.a while waiting but had to keep leaving cause it was too much for me, I've now had no money at all since 17th July. Gonna lose my home next. And borrowing money for food and essentials from friends n family and can't keep asking, only just put letter in for tribunal this week so God knows how long it'll take. Or how much more I can take....
Past physical cause I can move my arms and legs... so obviously I must be able to climb Kilimanjaro according to them,

Hi Lauriegail and welcome
Did you have an assessment for PIP ?
ESA and PIP are separate benefits and PIP would not take ESA report into consideration unless you sent it to them.
You really should get trained advice form CAB or welfare rights.
In the mean time ring the Scope help lineFor independent support or disability information, contact our free helpline.

They claim they are not linked but too many tales of folk losing their DLA/PIP after being turned down for ESA and I, myself received a phone call from the PIP team stating that they had my ESA forms in front of them and he wanted to verify a couple of points before making his decision I didn't send them my ESA forms..... I got enhanced on both with No face to face, just my PIP claim form, whatever ESA sent them and a 2 minute phone call.
Try fightback for justice on facebook and CAB. Also need to claim nil income to get your rent covered if you havent already.

Fightback is a good place to go but don't bother with cabs there not trained enough on purpose

Hi @Lauriegail78
Welcome to our website and online community.
I'm very sorry to hear about your current predicament.
We have got some Benefit Advisor's where I will forward you post onto for there except input if that is ok ????
Hi @BenefitsTrainingCo
Can you please help me with this one as it is another PIP one & they seem to be in a very very bad way currently.
Many thanks.

CAB are a coverall service and some have specialist advisers but like most charities are severely undermanned and over needed.
It might be an Idea to involve your MP.
