My pain

Hi need help I've been put on loads of different pain killers and morphine tablets and liquid. But am still in absolute agony. Been and had injections in spine which made pain worse. Been and seen a spinal surgeon he said the operation would make me worse as gone too far. Maybe if it hadn't taken them 9 years to diagnose fibromyalgia 9 years later I wouldn't be as bad as I am. Help
