Hi. I’m Mollie and I have Cerebral Palsy. I’m 18 from Newcastle. I am hoping that this is a way I can talk and meet other people.

What are your hobbies and interests? If you are into running I would say that it’s a good idea to see if there are any running clubs or classes for people living in the area. Make a list of your hobbies and interests then explore all your options to meet other people your age. The websites may contain useful suggestions and information as well worth reading too.

Hi. Thank you. Due to my disability I am unable to run but I like your idea. I might do this but with one of my hobbies. Thank you.

I like swimming, eating out, football and travelling. Do you swim competitively or just for leisure? I do it just for leisure and a bit of exercise for my knees. I've been told Newcastle has a great nightlife. Do you go clubbing with your friends?Scope

Hi @MollieB and welcome to the community! I too have CP. I used to go swimming quite a lot- I guess this is something I'd love to start doing again

I like travelling too. I just swim for leisure. Newcastle is good for nightlife. I struggle to go clubbing for mobility reasons. Do you have any suggestions?
