Hi @hales9876 and welcome to our online community
I hope you managed to get a good nights sleep and aren't in in too much pain today. Are you getting much support for your conditions from your GP or a medical team?
We have lots of different discussion groups that I think you'd enjoy, such as our Invisible impairments group where people discuss similar conditions that can't be 'seen', and share coping strategies. If you fancy a bit of company and some light-hearted chat, our virtual coffee lounge is a lovely place to visit too.
Please let us know if you have any questions, and in the mean-time I hope to speak to you soon.0 -
Hi and welcome from me too glad you have joined and hope to see you around0

Hi @hales9876 - & welcome to this friendly community. I'm pleased you found us & joined, as we have many members with back pain (myself included), fibro etc. so you're in good company.0

Hello @hales9876
Welcome to the community, glad you've joined us
What support are you currently receiving for the things you mention there? Have you discussed things through with your GP?0 -

I've had 21 years of pain. I feel its not been very fair. Half my life. Doctors think I'm depressed lol. No. I'm anxious all the time. How is everyone else. I'm know others suffer more than I do x0

Hi @hales9876 - chronic pain is absolutely exhausting, I know. What you're living with is no less or more than somebody else....it all hurts. Many people have anxiety/depression either on its own, or because of pain, or a disability. Anxiety all the time must be awful.Scope has made a recent post that I feel may help at this very difficult time with the combination of our health issues & another lockdown. Please see: https://forum.scope.org.uk/discussion/75929/coping-with-stress-low-mood-and-isolation-a-support-thread#latest Please scroll up to the top. Please have a look at the links in the above post to see if they may help a little. Meanwhile please do talk here at any time about absolutely anything. My best wishes.
