Hi. Can anybody give me advice on PIP review?

Can anybody give me advice on pip review guy rang me last week asking how I manage to get to my local station ? which is approximately 300 yards?? Said I’ll be getting a letter this week. Never heard of that normally go to a face to face has anyone had that experience

There are no f2f assessments currently just phone or paper based 

Sounds like it is a paper based you have had where they do call to ask few extra questions if needed

Hi thank you just never expected call sent the review forms back said I’ll get a reply within week this was last Thursday ???
