Just wanted to say hi -
Im a manic depressive. When manic I dont sleep for days! Anxiety is a problem with sleep. This might help. I diwnload the sound of rain and windchimes and it sends me to sleep. Also the sound of crickets in the summer. Just ask Alexa and keep it on a loop. It works!

I'm sorry to hear that you're not sleeping well @Queenofdisabilities. Here's a thread that contains some general tips and tricks for getting a good night of sleep, but hopefully other members with similar conditions will be able to offer you some specific advice. I've edited the title of your post slightly so that others with ME, CFS, and fibromyalgia can find your post more easily.
