Our next CP Empower education and exercise course starts at the end of September. Over the six weeks, there will be a chance to try different types of exercise and plenty of discussion about common difficult areas that exercise can impact on, such as fatigue, pain and falls prevention. The course is bookable here for £75, which works out as £12.50 a session. 


Our specialist CP physio Bex Walters has designed the course carefully to meet people's varying needs and was met with great gusto on the first course earlier this year. 

If any of the adults in the  CP community would be interested and might benefit there is more information on the link above. We're really aiming for long term benefits, and empowering people on self-management with post impairment syndrome is hopefully a positive step.
