I just got my first universal credit statement involving my LCWRA and was wondering if it gets backdated to when I first give evidence. So am I suppose to get paid the money from the 3 month wait too.
Some help would be appreciated.

Hi and welcome to the community
You get paid from the 4th full assessment period after reporting your medical condition and providing fit note you are not paid for the first 3 assessment periods
Any backpay will be paid as a separate payment0 -
I advised you regarding this in a previous thread here.. https://forum.scope.org.uk/discussion/86011/what-date-will-i-get-paid-my-lcwra#latestAlthough you reported your health condition in June, you didn't send your fit note until towards the end of July but it should have been sent within 7 days of reporting your health condition. This means that your first payment of LCWRA will be this month and you're not owed any backdated money because it's not paid at all during the waiting period.
