Hi, my name is caren66! I haven't received my link and code to do the PIP form online

Hi i phoned the pip claim on Monday and the man said he would send me a link and code to do the claim online i haven't received anything doe's any one know if you have to wait for it to come through or should it have came through instantly thanks

    Welcome to the community, I hope you are well and it's good to see you join us. 

    Sorry to hear that you haven't received the link to the online form, did they say they would send it via email or via text message? 

    if it is email, I would advise checking your spam folder in case it ended up in there, however if it is not there or if they were going to text you the details then it might be worth contacting PIP again to double check if they have your details down correctly.

    I'm not sure how long it normally takes them to send the link to the electronic version of the form, but if it is causing you worry then the best thing to do would be to contact them :)
