Hi, my name is Starchild2022! Can I claim the disability element?

I currently am on UC and have limited capability for work due to Aspergers.  I also receive 320 a month pip.  Can I claim the disability element

    Hi,
    Disability element? Do you mean LCWRA? If so then because you were found to have LCW then you can report a worsening of condition, if you think any of the LCWRA descriptors apply to you.     If you do this then you will be referred again for a work capability assessment and you'll be sent more forms to fill out and return. Another assessment is most likely.
