We can't tell you what you should write exactly for the MR because we don't know exactly how your conditions affect you, the only person who knows that is yourself.

Hi @Arron1974 I havn't come across you question yet, but our notifications are down at the moment which makes the site seem quiet. Did you ask on some one else's thread/chat ?
You can always look under categories there is a part under pip there (press the tittle of the box not the bottom)
or ask again here and see if anyone picks up on it today, we have some fantastic advisers.
