Hi Guys
You have been very very helpful with a previous post of mine, this is sorta related to it, we got a lteer on our journal dated on the 29th October that my partner has been awarded LCWRA element, ive asked our case manager how long do we have to wait until the element appears on our UC, and he cant give me an answer, ive already had the work allowance element backdated 3 months, i think this is a question that cant be answered, thanks in advance guys

Based on the information you gave in your other thread, the LCWRA element first payment will be 16th December, as advised on that thread. You are not owed any LCWRA element and you should see this added to your next statement.

Hi Poppy
I know we arnt owed any backdated money from LCWRA i understand the 3 months from when we first sent in a health change and fit note and also the next month so 4 in total, all i wanted from my case manager was a date when LCWRA would start, and all he says is, i havent got a date yet, the only date i can see is when you got your message in your journal about the award of LCWRA element, according to him it wont start until they have put a date on our UC account, which i find strange as the letter sent to our journal was on the 29th October, he is still saying nothing will be sorted until he can see a date.
thank you again

Your statement isn't due until about the 10th December so that's plenty of time for it to be sorted.

I wouldn't expect you to hear from your work coach whether the LCWRA element will be included on your next statement. When you receive it you will need to check if it's added. If it's not then you'll need to raise a payment issue.
