What else can I get from the enhanced rate of pip for both living and mobility

In general being entitled to PIP doesn't entitle you to anything else unless you are receiving any old income based benefits such as income ESA and you live alone.
Enhanced rate PIP mobility gives you have access to the Motability car scheme.
Somebody else could claim Carer's Allowance or the carer element of UC for looking after you - but this might impact your own benefits if you are getting an old income based benefit.0 -
