in Start here and say hello
I have recently been diagnosed with ADHD and looking for some tips and advice on how to apply for PIP and how to gain general support with my ADHD

    You'd be welcome to browse the forum and visit our categories on PIP, as well as autism and neurodiversity to ask any questions you have, or just chat with members going through similar things.

    What sort of things are you looking for support with most?

    Hello, I am so lost as it’s a new diagnosis and feeling I have been diagnosed, medicated and told to get in with it. I have done my PIP form and now have a face to face assessment on 16th Jan!!

    I hope it goes well on the 16th for you @LauraLeigh8423, Scope has some guidance on how to prepare for your assessment which you might find helpful to read :) 

    Some people like to keep a diary, or have notes next to them, so they can cover everything they need to without forgetting or feeling flustered. Do you think that'd help for you?
