Hello, I am so lost as it’s a new diagnosis and feeling I have been diagnosed, medicated and told to get in with it. I have done my PIP form and now have a face to face assessment on 16th Jan!!0

Some people like to keep a diary, or have notes next to them, so they can cover everything they need to without forgetting or feeling flustered. Do you think that'd help for you?
