Hi I wonder if you can help me, the pip sent me a review form out on the 11th November but I did not receive it till 28th November and on the review form it says I have to send it back by the 11th december , so I phoned them up on 2nd December but they still do not have my review form ? The have extended it till the end of December , so you think it will arrive on time , my friend filled the form in and sent it for me straight away as we did not have long to wait

There’s huge backlogs with Royal Mail but I would expect it to get to DWP by the end of December, did your friend get proof of postage as evidence? I received an important financial letter today dated 16th November so I feel other peoples pain.

Hi @Bodicea21 and welcome to our community, how are you doing?

I think a lot of people will be in a similar situation so understand your concern. If your friend got proof of post, as suggested by bg844 that would be helpful but try not to worry. The option to ring them again if needs be is always there, and there are clear extenuating circumstances such as Christmas and the Royal Mail strikes.

Here's hoping it gets there soon. And just FYI: I've moved your thread to our PIP, DLA and AA category and tweaked the title to help others spot it. Take care!

The strike is unbelievable my carer went to pick up a parcel twice but she couldn't because of the strike.
