PIP refused
Hi, hope everyone is doing good.
Today, unfortunately I recieved the letter and said that I didnt get the award for pip. I only managed to score 4 points for the daily living part and 0 for the mobility. The person that was reviewing my case has disregarded to everything I said for all of the activities and conditions for example he said I was capable of walking, driving etc and said my anxiety is not severe enough even though I already stated my reasons.
Right now, I feel very discourged and I dont know how to deal with this as I am lost and dont know how to counter this decision. Any help would be appreciated.

Can you please confirm if this was a review of an existing claim or a new claim? Are you claiming for physical conditions as well as either mental health, cognitive or sensory issues?

Hey there @Mo_4321 and welcome to the community.
I totally understand how you're feeling, I was turned down for PIP twice and had to fight to tribunals both times (And about to go through my 3rd MR), but it's worth fighting on. I can see Poppy is on the case for you, but I just wanted to pop in and say hi.0 -
Its for a new claim. I am claiming for physical health issues as well as for mental health issues.
