I have not been able to find any virtual support assistant that charges less than £25 per hour. Does anyone have experience of challenging the £17 rate through reconsideration?

I am on CA, i got it backdated for 12 months, however, I had cared for my husband for 5 years, simply we did not know about CA.. anyone ever heard when Pension credit for CA (35HOurS) CAN BE BACKDATED FOR LONGER THATN 12 MONTHS. thank you
