I requested a mandorty reconsideration back in November 22 im the tyoe of person that doesnt wait around and kept very much in touch with unverisal credit.
9th jan i recived a call whichci request and the lady write down everything and was reassuring and over turned the discussion to lwrca.
Just want to say if u feel ur in the wrong category it is worth requesting the reconsideration within the month of there desion.
On my letter it says this
Sick note 22 jan - 21 march (3month waiting period)
So lwrca starts 1 april
1st may - 31st December back pay
They have sorted this out very quickly n ill recived payment 12th jan.
It was very stressful with wsiting n me feeling like they was understanding me but got the positive outcome and now the big relief
