Remaining politically neutral during General Election 2024
Under guidance from the Electoral Commission and Charity Commission, it's important that Scope remains politically neutral during General Elections.
While we understand that this period will see many passionate discussions and do not want to discourage open discussion, we cannot allow discussions which are purely intended to influence voting.

hi ive been on esa assessment stage since 2nd September 2022.
and ive claimed uc for housing on 4th jan 2023.
i have my health assessment of esa on the 24th jan 2023 if i was to be put in the support group would i be back dated any uc as the calculation is saying i would get £113 per week esa and £168 per month uc

If you are put in ESA Support Group that would start from the 14th week of your ESA claim. I should then be entitled to LCWRA element of UC from the start of your UC claim.
However, be prepared to have to argue this with UC as they appear to often get this wrong.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Rules may be different in other parts of UK. -
