I'm absolutely useless with technology so I might not know what I'm doing . Can anyone tell if mental health is a disability. I cannot help thinking I'm in the wrong place.

Anything which literally dis-ables you is a disability, so that definitely includes mental health problems. I hope you feel you are indeed in the right place as Scope is for everyone that has/is interested in disability. You're doing absolutely fine, but if anything about this online community puzzles you, then please say. There are many members here with a physical or mental health problem, & sometimes both together, so you're very welcome.1

Hi @Strawberry1
Welcome to the community.
I hope that you are ok?
You may find the Coffee Lounge helpful. It helps with my mental health.
If you click ‘Categories’ you will see the ‘Coffee Lounge’. - There are games to play with other community members - a good way to connect.
Wishing you the best x1 -

I'm glad you found us and can see what a welcoming response you've had from our members. Please do make yourself at home in any of the discussions in our different categories and don't be afraid to give us a shout if you need help with any tech stuff. I'm no Bill Gates but between us all, we'll endeavour to help!
Just to add, I've tweaked the title of your thread and moved it to our Mental health and wellbeing category to help make it more visible to other people. Take care and have a fab afternoon.1 -
