Hi @Careyon welcome to the forum. That sounds awful for you and I can imagine it's frightening, especially when no one medical can give you answers.
Could you ask your gp for a referral to a specialists who may be able to help you better with your symptoms. -
Hello, thanks for reply. I was told nothing local i.e. in Wales. But I am going to see another GP. It all feels unreal, unclear, and like I have gone mad.

Yes getting a second opinion might help, good luck with that

Hello @Careyon
Welcome to the community! How are you feeling today?
Getting a second opinion sounds like a good idea. If you feel gluten is affecting your symptoms, maybe speaking to a Dietician could be beneficial too. We always recommend speaking to the medical professionals.
Just to let you know, I popped your post into our Physical and Neurological section of the forum. Hoping more people can see and share their experiences with you. I also wondered if you had seen the website FND Action? They have lots of support pages.Hannah - She / Her
