Hi everyone 
when filling in UC50 for MH should you just leave the 1st section blank and just do the 2nd section that’s related to MH ?

    Part one is for those with physical conditions so you won’t need to fill that in if it doesn’t apply to you. Put something like “doesn’t apply “ or N/A. 
    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
    If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
