Hi everyone I’m feeling really stressed , I filled in my UC50 late last night and got so annoyed with it that I’ve made a real mess of it. I have to send it back in a week and don’t know what to do

It’s available online for you to fill in and print off, if you have a printer. https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/uc50-form-universal-credit-capability-for-work-questionnaireI would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Your library should be able to help.
You could fill it in electronically at home, then once you are finished with it and satisfied, look into where you can get it printed off.

It is an extremely stressful process, and I'm sorry you don't have the advocate help and support at the moment.
I'm finding it stresssful too, since the GP Journal message on 25th May I've heard absolutely nothing more.
No notification a UC50 is on the way, no notification that I've passed without one, nothing on my online GP notes to suggest DWP contact.
At this point although a UC50 would be bad news, it would be better than no news! -
