Hello, thank you for previous advice, just have another query please.
I have requested a UC50 on my journal but have been told total household earnings are used to determine whether I am eligible for UC50 and therefore earnings are above threshold so no, I cannot have one! I currently earn £0 and have been earning between 0-600 for about 6 months and my partner earns £26000 per annum. (I am on 0hrs contract with no SSP).
Please could I be advised as to whether this is the case or should the decision to send me the UC50 be determined upon me individually - I was earning less than 16hrs a week min wage. Thank you so much.
