I live with my parents who are on state pension but the house is in my name I get pip standard daily living and lcwra uc. I did a benefits questionnaire on entitled to and it says I am entitle to council tax reduction.
Is this correct and how do I claim this

Just on this, my parents live with me and get state pension do the council take this into consideration or is it only my income

All local authorities have their own rules for CTR so i can't answer that question. You'll need to just apply and wait and see.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
