Looks like we are in for some very bad weather over the next 36 hours with even a red warning for part of Scotland, please take care and stay safe where ever you are.

Has done nothing but rain heavily here for past few days, supposed to continue for another 2-3 days but it’s the perfect excuse to get snuggled up in my heated throw and play video games

We were due a Tesco delivery this afternoon at 9a.m they emailed and cancelled probably due to flooding around the store and town centre, luckily we have stuff in the freezer so won't starve.2024 The year of the general election...the time for change is coming 💡

Luckily live on a house quite up the slope of a hill, so not issue with flooding really. Unless you count rain flowing down the hill coming under our garage door slightly (we have a water guard on the bottom that stops most of it thankfully).
That said our gutters have needed cleaning and are overflowing when it rains, I asked our landlord 3-4 weeks ago if he could clean them before the weather got bad and I've heard nothing. It's his house, you'd think he'd deal with the issue quickly since it can't be good for the brickwork to have water sloshing against it and running down it.They/Them, however they are no wrong pronouns with me so whatever you feel most comfortable with

It wasn't nice around us . There where places far far worse. My heart goes out to those who's houses flooded . It's breaks my heart to see flooding .
