A hamper at Christmas, may not be that exciting, but one put together by your friends at Scope to let you know we are here for you.
I will start with saying how helpful and supportive you are to everyone. Happy Christmas. X
Everyone who is Ada's friend must add something to this post. ( I hope I have not overstepped the mark Ada if I have please let me know and I will have it deleted).

This is so sweet of you to do @Beaver79!!!
Ada, I don't know if you consider me a friend so I'm not sure if I can add to this post but I love reading your messages and seeing your welcomes in the night and morning. You're considerate of others and deserve every happiness in life -
@Biblioklept Of course I do. When I came back I was asking everyone where you were as I hadn’t seen you on.
I am no different to any of you. You all give me so much. Much more than you could ever know. I have probably had a very different life then most of you. Which I believe gives you all much warmer hearts then my own.
I would like to believe everyone on Scope are my friends. I always call you All My Scope Family. It’s not just cheesy words. I miss you when one is missing I get quite upset. I don’t cope with it when one of you are not around
.
And Ive not had Family since I was 13yrs old. I lived on the streets until I was 18. And lived on the streets on many occasions in my adult life when fleeing from danger.
So when I say Scope is my Family I mean it from my heart.
It has taken me a lifetime but I found you. -
There are some people that this forum would never be the same without @Ada you are one of those people, hope you have the best Christmas possible and spend some of it here with all your friends xx2024 The year of the general election...the time for change is coming 💡

What would I put in a hamper for @ada....a big tin of ham some smellies a box of tea bags, a 20 pound gift voucher, a xmas cracker some turkey microwave dinners. A huge card. Gifts for Betty
I too would post you a parcel off -
@Ada
If I could I would bring you to spend Christmas with me, we could have dinner together, watch a few movies and have a good laugh.
While eating some crisps and chocolate.
I hope you wouldn’t get to bored off me after an hour lol
Joking aside you are thought off more than you know.
Take care my friend ❤️ -
Goodnight my friends ❤️

My addition to the hamper is how Ada keeps going with all the different things she has had to deal with throughout her life, I think it is an inspiration.

Thank you All the above.
Your warmth Truly gets me through Each day and Night.
Thank you @66Mustang for your understanding I believe you are making a huge effort to understanding the way I can at times come across. From a right old moaner one minute to acting though I haven’t a care in the world. Your all bringing out the best of me that Only comes out on here.
And as for your dad. I adore him for his work. Thank him for me. -
Thanks for the kind words @Ada I really appreciate that and glad you get a lot of benefit from the forum as well.
I think I am the same at times, sometimes no care in the world, although other times when I am not too good I just come across sarcastic, I am trying not to do that recently and to say nothing or ask for help.
I will pass on to my Dad, though he doesn't do that work anymore, however he got a lot of satisfaction from helping the victims and from locking up some awful people as well. -
Merry xmas Ada

@ I hope you are ok. Ada take care Margaret

Here I was just talking about how much I love coming in here in the mornings in another discussion and the next thing I see is this thread. This isn't even for me and you guys are bringing a tear to my eyes.
Thank you for being a part of the community @Ada. As this thread is no doubt evidence of, you make the community a nicer, brighter place.They/Them, however they are no wrong pronouns with me so whatever you feel most comfortable with

Opinions are my own, such as mashed potato being bad. -
Hello @Ada, I havent introduced myself to you, I tend to read more than I post... but I just wanted to say that I always look out for your posts and find you a great inspiration.
