Hello can someone please advise me I had a telephone random call from the pip assessment centre who said I could do the assessment with her now or I might be called for a face to face appointment if I don't . So I did and we had a twenty minute conversation about my health and the way life is for me now. She finished and said she would send her report back to DWP and I would have to wait for their decision. Then today I get a message from the assessment centre saying I have an appointment on the 9th Jan for a telephone assessment. I'm confused what's going on has anybody else had this. Any advice will be very helpful. Stressed out now. I'm waiting for spine injections my spine has deteriorated according to my consultant. I'm going for an exray on my knee as struggling to walk now and it seems all my left had sid on my body ( joints) are getting worse . I'm depressed because of pain and now this. Please help

I can only guess what the reason is for another assessment but they may not have got enough of information during the first phone call. You can ring the health assessment providers when the open, which is likely to be tomorrow to ask why you've been sent an appointment for another assessment. They maybe able to give you some information.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
