having not filled in a form and missed multiple telephone consultations I have another telephone assessment booked for next Friday , because they don’t have a form or any supporting evidence would it be worthwhile me sending some supporting evidence into the assessment centre ?
Also has anyone else missed multiple telephone assessments and not had their claim closed ? I thought after 2 missed they closed the claim .

You can send evidence at anytime. No, they don’t always close a claim if you miss assessments. If you have a vulnerability marker on your file then they can use their own discretion and continue with your claim.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Thanks poppy . I’m really overwhelmed about the whole thing. Do I just put evidence in envelope and post ( should I enclose letter or anything ? ) I didn’t fill in pip form either .
