Following the 2% cut to N.I in January tomorrows budget will see another 2% cut, not much use to the millions of us who don't pay it.

Two more predictions, petrol duty to be frozen (very green), and a new tax on vaping (we've taxed cigarettes beyond your reach now we'll start on its replacement )

You really could not make some of this up if you tried really hard !
