Yes that's right, it's one of the best national months of all time, Pet Month. A time to praise our animal companions, be they of fin, feather or fur.
We thought it'd be nice to split things up into weeks, so week one will of course be dog week! and we'd like to introduce you all to our furry friends;
This is @Adrian_Scope dog buddy, Jelly. She likes eating, sleeping and annoying Adrian when he's trying to work. She dreams of getting into Oxford university, where she will study "snack-o-nomics" whatever that is?
Here we see the super helpful and very wise Lola, who lives with @Rosie_Scope She is fond of the nine to five work grind and loves a spreadsheet. But she can be really picky when it comes to which fonts you use.
This is Albus, aka 'Mr Nibbles' all the way from Romania! He is a fan of Taylor Swift, ham slices and early seasons of Scrubs. He is not a fan of people he doesn't know, or long ferry journeys.
Here we see the powerhouse that is Baldrick. He is not a fan of fancy dress, but loves being told he is a very good boy whilst tearing up the high-street. He also enjoys posting funny reviews on Amazon.
Finally we meet Rufus, aka Doofy, who is Baldrick's brother. Doofy unfortunately didn't get the brains, but he definitely got the beauty. He can often be found staring at humans in the hope that they'll cuddle him, or sitting with his nose out of the door, smelling all those lovely smells and dreaming of the early 2000s, when "The music was a lot less shouty"
So that's a little bit about our furry friends, let's hear all about your dogs!

arms wide open ready for all the cuddles.
Thank you for sharing
Betty doesn’t have the normal face look of a Yorkshire terriers because I have to keep the hair away from her eyes. As she would otherwise suffer eye infections. But for me it wasn’t about breeding. It was about falling in love. -
As you all know. My complete world. My reason for breathing. My Yorkie. Betty.

She's such a superstar @Ada what an utter sweetie.Albus (he/him)

Harry, my neighbours dog. He likes cats (& wants Shadow to be friends), sunbathing on my decking & usually just short walksStan, my son & wife's Bedlington terrier. He likes Shadow, especially chasing her (he can't help it he's a terrier). He's Harry's best doggy friend, & knows how to walk unlike Harry, who enjoys sitting down in the middle of the road. Stan is my Granddog, & loves coming to see his Grandma or visit for the day. Our favourite place; the middle of the bridge overlooking the river near us:

Oh Harry and Stan are both gorgeous @chiarieds !
I'm definitely a fan of Harrys hobbies, though I think I prefer Stan's choice of chill out spot.Albus (he/him)

This is Frank, he’s not impressed that one of the cats has stolen his bed and he’s had to sit on the cats bed…the expression on his face! He’s almost 7 years old and a rescue and despite the look he’s giving me in that picture, he really does get on well with the two cats we have. I love my boy to bits ❤️
-
Oh @mastiffmam, that picture is a classic His face! Frank looks like such a good boy. Thanks so much for sharing!Rosie (she/her)
