I had my review form for pip and was told ( 3 weeks after l got a text confirming it was ) that it wasn't received so i called, after 7 failed calls i finally got a person who told me id been reviewed without another interview and my award was increasing to enhanced living and basic mobility. She said she had no payment date for the backdated money. Any idea how long the current wait is? The automated service just said I was due the basic this week.

If this was a review started by DWP in normal times they don't usually award from an earlier date. They would only do this if you reported changes that prompted them to send more forms out to you.
However, due to the waiting times for review decisions started by DWP sometimes (not always) they may award from an earlier date but this is discretion of a decision maker.
Has it been confirm when the extra money is paid from?I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -
