Hi @caz2025, welcome to the community. How old is your daughter and what area are you looking for? We'd ask that you don't reveal the town you live in for safety reasons, but the county or general area is sometimes good so that members can make the right suggestions.
Hopefully we can help you find some groups for her to join in with π

Unfortunately I could not find anything specifically for wheelchair users and pan disability but I did see some groups related to autism and learning difficulties so if that is still relevant for you, please let me know and I will send them here!
Have you explored your local offer, it should go up to age 25 and should have any social or activity groups for disabled young people on there. There is also a list on this website different activities for disabled people that I hope will be helpful0
