Dla for my son

hello I have filled in some forms for my son but looking at them I feel like giving up I don’t no how to write or explain he’s daily stuggles and I am not good at wording things correctly
So my son needs a lot of support in school, he is suspected asd/pda and I have he’s pathway referral report
He also needs a mri scan for hes eyes for the optic nerve is doing this form worth it at all or am I wasting my time

I understand the forms are so stressful and intense but you're not wasting your time. It's worth doing the form especially if you have evidence of support from school and medical information.
You don’t have to be perfect with words, just focus on what your son struggles with on the day to day and how much help he needs.
It may also be worth contacting your local citizens advice as they can help with fill in the DLA form and there is also CONTACT helpline who can also go over the forms with you😀1
