hello, I have to renew my sons DLA claim form soon. He was getting the highest rate of care. CAHMS are discharging him soon because he has an EHCP now. He still needs nightly supervision on his worst days though. I am not sure whether to ask his psychiatrist or his doctor for the part where it asks for more information from someone who knows him?

It is best to ask whoever you think knows your son and his needs most but you can get letters from both😊
