Hi can our nursery refuse accepting in their premises private specialist s taht we hired for our son? Eg speech and language therapist, occupational therapist. We need also a private educational pstchologist to visit them and assess the child on whether can attend reception next year. What can i do if they refuse accepting them?

Hi @patsiour and welcome to the community. In my experience of nurseries they have typically encouraged therapists to come in and discuss the child's needs. Have you contacted the nursery about it?

Hi @patsiour and a warm welcome to the community from me!😊

Usually nurseries don't refuse private therapists and like Rachel said, will usually want to come in and talk about any concerns so everybody's on the same page! Do you think your childs nursery would be open to a conversation?
