Hi @Spik and a warm welcome to the community from me!
It is best to fill out the form thinking about your grandsons most difficult days as that should show the assessor the full extent of your grandsons needs.
I created a post on tips and guidance for applying for DLA that you may find helpful!
Citizens Advice can also sometimes help with form filling so it may be worth contacting your local one.
If you have any questions or would like further support or information please let me know😊0 -
Thankyou so much for your guidance x
