My Grandson is waiting for the outcome of a assessment as to if he has ADHD. I have been told we should apply for DLA but being as he has good days and more bad days, I'm not sure how to answer the questions and would like help in filling out the forms.

Any help would be appreciated

Kindly yours Spik

Hi @Spik and a warm welcome to the community from me!

It is best to fill out the form thinking about your grandsons most difficult days as that should show the assessor the full extent of your grandsons needs.

I created a post on tips and guidance for applying for DLA that you may find helpful!

Citizens Advice can also sometimes help with form filling so it may be worth contacting your local one.

If you have any questions or would like further support or information please let me know😊
